This took way to long to achieve. Vaccine is actually an rng heavy map. Sometimes on the subway, the doors won't open for a while, losing you time. Also, ideally you want the vaccine to be in Door 1 so you have less distance travelled. Lastly, the ship HAS to go to the bottom left location, which in my experience is very unlikely. If it goes bottom right, that's still ok, but not ideal. Top right for ship is the worst place it can go. It took me so many tries to have these things line up for me, and I didn't even have Door 1 rng.
