Spliced run
Hi, This run ( https://www.speedrun.com/hello_neighbor/run/z57xx7nm ) is spliced. At the start, the timer starts after the player can control the character. At the end, when they're escaping the Neighbor, there is another splice. Is this allowed?
actually, the union at the end is considered editing and is not allowed, but this is most likely a recording glitch, not a union
