I feel as though the rock glitch completely ruins the point of the speedrun because anyone can get 0.01 seconds completely running the point of the speedrun so i feel as though there should be a rule continuing this

there is also no room to better the time, which is to be expected in a speedrun like this, but this just makes it so that the first person who gets the perfect seed keeps the title. There isn't any skill to the glitch, just luck.

Agreed, but rather than banning the glitch it should be separate categories.

I feel like the glitch ruins the category because it shows the minimum amount of time required to get a rock, the rock glitch leaderboard would be comprised of 0.01 seconds. Once again, there is no way to improve the time which is half of speedrunning.
