Download the latest build from the link above and move this DLL to the Components directory of your LiveSplit installation.

If you bought La-Mulana from gog.com, locate LaMulanaWin.exe and from the compatibility tab under properties disable "Run this program as an administrator" or the autosplitter will not be able to access it.
