Keep Legacy as non misc,

After running it tonight I think it should stay as our baby NMG <3 :D

I feel like activity is important, though. Even though it's an interesting category it should probably be misc. unless more people start running it more often, right?

Haha, you're right. But it (like All Instuments) has lack of activity AND lack of runs. Either way, just my thoughts on the matter.

I don't think lack of activity should be an argument as this game has not a huge community anyway. One person running a category is still something like 1/20th of the community :p
