These are some basic notes I use when running. They aren't too beginner friendly, so you'll probably need some game knowledge to understand how the run works.
The route is essentially to spend the first 3 months having the rain water your crops and doing any of the bell missions that are in the way, then going through the loop in Winter to get 10 people up to 3 hearts.
You'll be at low stamina for much of the run, which isn't as annoying to deal with as it sounds (honestly, you'll hate having high stamina after getting used to it)
For the hero title, you'll be getting Hero in Fishing as it has the lowest threshold (40k vs 60k for Animal Products, 100k for Crops, or 300k in Mining), plus it has the best reward (50 Seafood Stews that sell for 47k). This is done by simply buying and selling Salmon in the Fall at the cost of about half your money each time.
Weather RNG can dictate a lot in the run and can potentially screw you out of finishing a run. You can't turn in the Purple Bell if you get snow every non-festival day from Winter 21-27. For marathon safety, you could get around this by getting Hero in Fishing in winter instead so you have it for Spring where you have a lower chance of bad weather (about 7.5 minutes timeloss to almost guarantee a run)
