Fuck this shit. This level is even harder than Tequila Slammer. I'm tired. There are no major mistakes in the run, but I wasted around 2-3 minutes because of RNG (no bikes on the streets and my parked Superbike despawned just because game loves me). To be honest, this level is absolutely RNG-based.
Interesting things discovered:

In Vice Shores: Phone 3 you can easily kill everyone using a car. Just touch the arena trigger while in the car and get ready to run over them one by one (watch the run).

Greek Heights: Phone 2 doesn't change "onMission" flag, so you can start any other mission. There's no benefit though.

Model Car Frenzy nearby the Deever's hideout (player spawn) can cause the softlock. I don't know how to prevent it.

You can kill the last guy with the flamethrower while staying on the bridge in the Greek Heights: Phone 2 mission. It can cause softlock by the way.
