I think the timing system in city obby is inconsistent and unreliable

bit of a reach on some points but we could consider it

ill just make another category where u do it normally and the timer does start whenever u hit a part of the obby the new category will be when you do it normally

in my opinion we NEED to change the timing in the city obby
