It would probably have to officially be made by the site staff or confirmations from the site staff of who is well-known to make a list just so the list doesn't have any people that are not actually "well-known"

Any recommendations from the community of who they think are well known? Like, if I where to think of three people from the top of my head, I would say @TRLittleToaster. @Merl_. And O.D.W.

I actually asked if I was a "well-known user" that could request games prior to their release and they said it would depend on the game I'm requesting in my case. So, some games I can request prior to their release but some games I can't.
