Add scriptable autosplitter to your Livesplit layout > Under layout settings go to Scriptable Auto Splitter and use the included .asl file (if you just want to use the Load Remover disable 'Split' under options) > Set comparison to Game Time to see time without loads.

The final split to end the run has to be done manually.
