This is one of those old games that has really really not aged well. While modern video games definitely struggle with their portrayal of women, the 80s saw a series of shock value games that were blatantly abusive and misogynistic, true examples of the bad old days when hate was the norm. If you've ever seen or played Custer's Revenge you know what I am talking about.

This game is similar to those. We play a sheikh who marauds the desert, knocking women off of camels and cars in an effort to abduct them and bring them back to one of six beds located at the bottom of the screen in your harem. All the while men attempt to stop you by charging around the screen. Yeah, not a great look.

Happy to put this one in the rear view mirror as a historical curiosity. The Italian game company that made this game never made another, so into the dustbin it goes. It wasn't even fun before you get into its controversial nature.
