If you start skate and then you reset while the cinematic is going then when you start the skate again the cinematic before it is removed. this may work or other sports I didn't tried yet. this works only with contoller when you press A in the menu it starts the cinematic and allows you to start a new run, in this new run the ciniematic will be skipped.

this is kind of similar to the setup that is alredy done to skip the start animations in glitched, pretty sure is only allowed there, check this category and you can find that all the start animations are skipped because you can do this with every animation before starting a run
