3 days isn't a long time. I would only ask the person in charge of the emails (Probably LewisAndSpark) about the email if 2 weeks pass and you haven't gotten a response. I myself have had this problem before. If you want a response fast, I suggest DMing an elo staff member about whatever support you are requesting and not sending an email to support@speedrun.com. Elo tends to not respond to emails for some reason. |
