Locations of All Treasures - Level 08 - Jeep Trek (N64)

This guide will show you all the treasure locations with a short written commentary on how to reach them. It will also show a difficulty rating which expresses how hard it is to find/reach the treasure without hints. Treasures are presented in the order in which it is believed you are likely to find them when playing the level the intended way.

Treasure 1 - Gold Coins

Commentary: The first treasure is at the very start of the level. In the tent to the left, you will find some Gold Coins lying on the table.

Treasure 2 - Gold Coins

Commentary: Lying in the darkness of the first cave, you will find more Gold Coins near the right wall.

Treasure 3 - Gold Coins

Commentary: Another batch of Gold Coins, this time lying in the darkness of the second cave, near the wooden support.

Difficulty rating: x

Treasure 4 - Treasure Chest

Commentary: At the watch place of the squad of Russians, you will find a Treasure Chest lying behind a couple of crates.

Treasure 5 - Silver Idol

Commentary: After you cross the repaired bridge, you will come across a crossroads. The left side leads to the sloped cave while the right side leads to a dead end guarded by a squad of Russians. There's a crawl space in the right wall which leads to small room with a Silver Idol inside.

Treasure 6 - Gold Idol

Commentary: At the bottom of the sloped cave, you will find a cracked wall. Destroy it with Urgon's Part and you will find a Gold Idol.

Treasure 7 - Gold Coins

Commentary: The last four treasures are four piles of Gold Coins* found in the final part of the level - the maze. The first batch is located inside a native structure which is guarded a soldier wielding a submachine gun.

Treasure 8 - Gold Coins

Commentary: The next pile of Gold Coins can be found hidden behind a totem and a plant which you will stumble upon just after leaving the previously mentioned area with the native structure.

Treasure 9 - Gold Coins

Commentary: The last two treasures are in a completely optional part of the maze in a branch to the right of the level exit. The first one of these are some Gold Coins hidden behind an airplane wreckage.
