This guide will show you all the treasure locations with a short written commentary on how to reach them. It will also show a difficulty rating which expresses how hard it is to find/reach the treasure without hints. Treasures are presented in the order in which it is believed you are likely to find them when playing the level the intended way.
Treasure 1 - Aetherium Gem
Commentary: As soon as you start the level, descent all the way down to the floor. At the bottom of the central structure, you will find a crawlspace. Crawl inside to find an Aetherium Gem lying on the floor.

Treasure 2 - Treasure Chest
Commentary: After you collect the Tool From Beyond, return back the way you came through the aether corridor with the green rims. When you exit the corridor, go counter-clockwise around the central structure and enter the aether corridor with purple rims. At the end of the corridor, you will find a closed dimension gate. Open it with the Tool From Beyond you have just collected and enter the slice of Meroe. Behind the truck, you will find a Treasure Chest lying on the floor.

Treasure 3 - Silver Coins
Commentary: After you exit the corridor with the previous treasure, continue counter-clockwise around the central structure. You will come across an aether corridor with red rims. Swim through it and you will find another dimension gate. This one leads into a slice of Palawan Lagoon. Next to the totem statue, you will find some Silver Coins lying on the floor.

Treasure 4 - Silver Idol
Commentary: If you've collected the previous two treasures, there's just one more corridor remaining. It's the corridor with blue rims which leads into a slice of Tian Shan RIver, specifically the place with the Altar of Four Winds. Go right from the altar towards the edge of the slice and you will find a little ridge with a corpse and a Silver Idol inside.

Treasure 5 - Aetherium Gem
Commentary: You can find this treasure when you get back to the large chamber in the center of Aetherium (the one you fall through during the opening cutscene). Enter the first aether shaft (the one next to the door with a green rim) and swim upwards to the first opening you find and exit the shaft. Looking from the shaft into the chamber, go right and at the end of the corridor, you will find an Aetherium Gem lying on the floor.

Treasure 6 - Aetherium Gem
Commentary: After you meet Marduk, go through the corridor on the left and swim down to the lower floor. After you exit the aether, go left. Inbetween the two slopes, you will find an Aetherium Gem lying on the floor.

Treasure 7 - Aetherium Gem
Commentary: From the location of the previous treasure, continue through this lower floor underneath Marduk's arena. Walk past the dimension gate and continue all the way to the other end of this place. In the very corner, you will find another Aetherium Gem, once again lying between to slopes.

Treasure 8 - Silver Bar
Commentary: From the location of the previous treasure, go back a bit and enter the dimension gate that you walked past. You will find yourself in a slice of Teotihuacan with the statue holding the Silver Mirror inside. From the gate, go left and you will find a Silver Bar lying on the floor next to the step.

Treasure 9 - Treasure Chest
Commentary: Later in the level, after you return to the central chamber and find King Sol's three gems, use the green one to open the door with the green rim and enter the slice of Babylon behind the dimension gate inside. There will be a fallen stone block and behind it you will find a Treasure Chest lying on the floor.

Treasure 10 - Gold Idol
Commentary: The final treasure can be found during the escape sequence. After the final jump, there will be a dark niche to the left. Climb past the block and you will find a Gold Idol hidden in the darkness.
