This guide will show you all the treasure locations with a short written commentary on how to reach them. It will also show a difficulty rating which expresses how hard it is to find/reach the treasure without hints. Treasures are presented in the order in which it is believed you are likely to find them when playing the level the intended way.
Treasure 1 - Gold Idol
Commentary: For the first treasure, take the raft down the river and land in the little bay on the left side with a waterfall nearby. Exit the raft and jump into the pool that the waterfall leads into to find an underwater passage. Climb the ladder and slide down the slope to make a jump across the water and land on a small plateau. There, you will find a niche overgrown with vines with a Gold Idol on an altar inside.

Treasure 2 - Blue Gem
Commentary: After you exit the raft at the end of the river, jump into the lake and take the left underwater passage. Look for an opening where you can climb out of the water and jump across a gap. Don't climb the ladder, instead turn around and make another jump to a small rock ledge. Go up the ledge and land into a small hidden corner where you will find a stone face with a Blue Gem in its mouth.

Treasure 3 - Silver Idol
Commentary: Jump into the lake the river flows into and take the underwater passage on the right. After you fall down the waterfall, stick to the right side. When you get into an area with four stone blocks that have fallen from the ceiling, look towards the right to find a small passage. Take it and climb out of the water as soon as you can. In this cave, you will come across a gap that you have to whip across and then you will find your way into a large room. Make sure you don't fall into the water just yet. Instead, look at the walls - you will see a small niche with a Silver Idol inside. You can't reach it just yet - instead, use your whip to make it fall down (this is the second and last time you use this mechanic in this game). Now you can jump into the water and collect the treasure.

Treasure 4 - Gold Bar
Commentary: After you use a stone block like a bath plug to stop the water drain and make the water level rise, look for a small niche in the walls around you as you swim up. Inside, you will find a Gold Bar lying on the floor.

Treasure 5 - Red Gem
Commentary: This treasure is found in the burial area with many scorpions that you unlock using the Stone Key. After you climb up the first whip pole, hang down from the ledge of the platform towards the center. Drop down and you will grab a ledge of a small niche that houses a stone face with a Red Gem in its mouth.

Treasure 6 - Blue Gem
Commentary: After you use the Bamboo Spike, you will come across three trap doors. The first two trap doors lead to spikes, the last one leads to progress. Instead of taking that one, climb up the rocks at the end of the corridor. It's very dark in there so you may have to use your lighter so see the ledges. When you come across a window, that means there's one more floor to go. At the top, you will find a stone face with a Blue Gem in its mouth.

Treasure 7 - Green Gem
Commentary: A little bit later in the level, you will come across a rock wall with many ladders carved into it. You're supposed to climb up to progress but instead climb down. Under the last bit of ladder, there's a ledge leading into a niche. Drop from the ladder to grab the ledge and shimmy right until you can climb into the niche. Inside, you will find a stone face with a Green Gem in its mouth.

Treasure 8 - Silver Bar
Commentary: After you defuse the boulder trap, you will come across a large, curved room with a bottomless pit and some platforms. Before you jump on any of the platforms, hang from the edge and drop down. You will grab a ledge underneath that leads into a hidden corridor underneath the entrance with a ladder at the end of it. Climb that ladder to find an alter with a Silver Bar on it.

Treasure 9 - Silver Bar
Commentary: After all the platforms in the room described in the above entry get blocked by the sliding walls, you will make your way back across the platforms only upward as well. On the third platform, you will find some vines to your right. Cut through them and jump across the small gap behind them to get to a hidden platform with a niche that has a Silver Bar inside.

Treasure 10 - Peruvian Idol
Commentary: The final treasure of the game is a special one. Indy finally gets justice for the idol Belloq stole from him in Raiders of the Lost Ark as he finds another one just like it. After you pick it up in the cutscene, all that's left for you to do is avoid the falling floor and rolling boulder and finish the game. I hope you enjoyed!
