To complete a 100% run you need:
- Get All Endings, including gameover and 2 special ones (so having full flowchart opened)
- Collect all Cinema Files
- Collect all Quest Files
You get most Cinema Files naturally, while acquiring all main and bad Endings, and by watching cinematics. In some cases it will be explicitly mentioned what you need to do in order to acquire them.
This guide will cover the current 100% route - room order and what you need to do to acquire files - for escape room executions refer to current Any% All Codes runs on the board.

You need to get all 3 possible outcomes to this Decision Game, and when prompted to drink Antidote or not - get both outcomes as well. The reason why we do this escape room first - because we want to get rid of RNG-driven room as soon as possible. Despite your chances said to be 50/50 when shooting a gun - you can get the same outcome many many times in a row.

In the Decision Game you need to get both outcomes - when you change your mind picking safe with gas mask and when you stand your ground - however, due to RNG it's still possible to get a negative outcome and you have to retry again.

Open Sun safe and turn the power ON. Check out the chair, use codes S-02-16 and Q-12-10 to acquire "Polovtsian Secret 2" and "Blueprint" files
Open Moon safe to the right of fireplace to get "Moon Card" and "Note 1"
Get 4 outcomes: Don't shoot (type "No") - gameover Shoot Eric - Q-END:1 Shoot Mira - gameover Shoot Delta - Perceptive End (you don't know his name yet - so you have to come back here after getting D-END:2 and C-END:1)
When asked to input X-Passes (Q-END:1), enter: FIGHT, JUMP, POOR, BLUE, RED, MILK (in any order)
