The different folders need to be renamed to private (and copied to your SD card). Their names indicate areas or bosses. The gems folders include save files with a greater selection of gems and crystals, in case new gem strats are found. For people who just want to have a speedrun file, use the instarun folders (probably the new one, but not sure what the others contain). The chain attacks folder is for those who are interested in generating the maximum damage in chain attacks vs the Sureny Telethia.
