Addition of Runs not made by Speedrunners
So, a few days ago, I watched Adriaan's cycling 6-stage run. It got a time of 15:10.07, but it was never sent to speedrun.com. Someone ought to upload that run.
people can add their runs if they want. if they don't other people shouldn't add it without their permission. adding others runs just isn't a good idea.
As the old mod for this game, I can let you know we kept a policy of trying not to include runs to people who don't have src accounts. There were a few exceptions (Jarhead, DarkSilver, etc).
Proof Standards Changes
In the past, runs below a certain threshold could be submitted without video. Now, this system has been removed. All runs require video proof from now on.
