TL;DR: This is only important if you are playing on the NTSC-U version of the game. If you are playing on any PAL release, the NTSC-J release, or the NTSC-K release, mark it down as Rev 1. This applies to, currently, only full game Wii runs and the Time Together individual level for the Any% and 100% categories. If on NTSC-U, continue reading.

The Wii version has three revisions across all releases. Revision 0 is the launch version of the game, releasing only in NTSC-U regions. Revision 1 is the version released in every other region, but NTSC-U also got that plus an extra revision as well, known as Revision 2

The most easiest way to identify if you have a specific revision is to go into the level select while you're in a level and try to select the level you are currently on. If you get a prompt asking if you want to load the level again, it is revision 0. If you hear a beeping noise instead, it is revision 1/2.

The revision differences between 0 and 1 are that the cutscene skips in revision 1 are slower, and also a big skip in Time Together Part 4 does not work in revision 1/2, which loses over a minute. It is a skip only revision 0 can do. Click for footage of said skip. Extended Cheat% has an alternative method to do the skip, which makes any revision perfectly fine for the Extended Cheat% full game category and the Time Together Cheat% IL. Currently that is what is known, if more differences are found it will be updated accordingly.
