PCSX2 is a very unstable emulator on low end PCs. Therefore it is banned.
Keep in mind that you need a moderately powerful computer to run the Citra emulator.
Most hacks are not allowed. If you want to look at more rules, take a look at the “game rules”

PCSX2 can sometimes be a very slow emulator on very low end PCs. For PPSSPP, however, it can mostly run fine. Plus, PS2 version is really slow and laggy compared to PSP version at gameplay.
they probably took a screenshot of it and masked it with cropping tools. They also might have extracted it from the game’s files.

probably ask in one of the discord servers. Some may allow some, while others have to have experience of running a game and earn that elder moderator's trust so you can become one.

If you have a really bad computer, you can sometimes get inconsistent frame rate and even lag at higher settings. There’s also bugs that are not present in the original versions, and because of that, it is banned.
