Firstly, don't emulate the game like that. I believe muppen n64 emulator can run on linux; not that i have tried. Secondly, I don't quite understand the question; are you asking for a timer program to see how much time you've put in to each star or how much time each star should actually take you individually?

Yeah i encountered the same problem while making an IL leaderboard for a romhack. Its just how speedrun.com works

It seems like you were at the right angle to step over using his stretched out foot, whether you just got lucky or whether it is replicate-able often i dont know.

In fact the way sunshine chaos works and the way the sunshine speedrun works I doubt many people would want to do runs of it anyway, though i may be wrong

I agree with gohgo, instead of categories it would be better if it was listed under its own game as a romhack of sms, much like how it works for Mario 64 however there arent many (if any) other rom hacks so there would be no point doing this either.

Again im not the most knowledgeable in this game but the run (if done quickly) would just be lblj into dark world, then collect a few quick basement stars, then get the three switches. If you dont want to finish the game its just a short category that doesnt achieve anything. If you do want to finish the game then it would just be a 0/1 star route doing unnecessary tasks or a 16 star run with slower stars due to the caps. There just isn't much point, in my opinion at least. Feel free to run it if you want to though.

Seeing as Delilah's lookout is a location on the map even though oob is the only way of getting there it is a possibility on Day 33 (they day you go opposite her lookout for food) we could out of bounds and see if the end trigger is there. If not we could do the same on the last day and skip that day by accessing the trigger. That is if the trigger itself is there.

Should compile a list of useful ones and try to route them in

Im going to look into out of bounds for getting collectables early in 100%. May find a few any% skips while im at it.

I have created this thread as a way to find new skips or glitches. If you know of any possible glitches that can help with the run or have any ideas about possible glitches please leave them in this thread so they can be tested.

Currently I am testing these possible ideas:

• Saving the talking to Delilah option and using it to skip Ned's audio log

• Glitching onto the railing in order to skip the bridge falling cut scene

• Finding a viable animation skip (one that is replicatable and not a one off) 1:00:54 in Trouf's run:

• Using a glitch to slide off a rock and bypass the long-fall animation StuntManSnakes video:

• Out of Bounds to get collectables early for 100%

• Out of Bounds on early days to trigger events early [not likely this will lead to anything]
