There is no way you can retain maximum demand for all Residential, Commercial and Industrial zones unless the Debug code is on. Your RCI meters never changed at all during this entire run, that confirms to me the debug code was enabled.
It seems there are still some lingering issues in regards to category rules. In addition runs with videos that are no longer available will be removed. Runners are free to resubmit the runs for verification as long as the video is available to view.
After the overhaul of the leaderboards some time ago, there were issues with some drafts not being saved and updated. I have gone through all of the categories and sub categories, and refreshed the page to ensure that everything is displaying correctly.
If anyone notices any further issues pleases let me know.
CzaR is the moderator of 9 different games, that's too much for 1 person
Been doing it for nearly a decade now. Never had any issues, the protocols here state a maximum of a two week, or fourteen day window post speedrun submission, that the mods have to adequately review them. I have never had a run that was submitted take longer than 13 days to verify or reject. I understand runners are eager and anxious to get their runs approved, but real life schedules are a thing.
There were additional moderators added per request, and I am always open to the notion of bringing on more if required. However those profiles just vanished from SR.com and I was left as the sole mod.
If timing differences can be proven and evidence provided, this can certainly be discussed further, as it has never been an issue previously for this game. Timing differences can vary game to game and console to console, the only people who really can tell a major or minor difference are those running the game, or using such an exploit to cheat time saves.
This is a topic across many competitive speedrun leaderboards and communities, and while most popular games have already been plotted, routed, and a defined set of rules has been established, less popular games remain a bit of a gray area. If anyone else has additional feedback or input I certainly welcome it. If we can come to a consensus then I can begin to edit the rules and leaderboards. Until then no current speedruns will be removed and or moved to alternate categories.
The new category has been added. There will be updates coming soon to every category for more detailed information and resources.
As lead moderator for this game, let me be clear and concise.
Within the next week, there WILL be a 50k points category added to the leaderboard. As long as there is interest and active runners, new categories will always be highly considered. Our job as moderators is to encourage anything that could bring activity, routing and the spirit of friendly competition to the games and leaderboards here at speedrun.com.
Thank you for all the interest and posts in the forum, if anyone has further questions, comments or suggestions, please continue to post here or message me directly. Big 20 hype building!
Awesome news, new routing is always exciting, looking forward to what is discovered!

50k Points can usually be achieved before the stage 2 boss fight.

There have been complaints from at least 5 other individuals about you Xenka. Why would I make it up? If you want I can direct them here to offer their testimony.
What should I do to get in contact with support here. I have a mod who is causing trouble on more than one leaderboard and too many times is becoming a nuisance. Neglecting reviews, updates, and being overly dismissive of forum posts and inquiries.
If a category is popular enough, by all means lets do it.
Puwexil just informed me there are runs on the japanese version which finish around 2:30 for the glitchless no manipulation category. The route is 1 Beast 1 Robot. I hope to find more information on this soon. If I find speedruns that are legit after a review and comparison, a new category will be created for the differing national versions of the game and those runs will be added to the corresponding categories.
Testing will have to be done to determine if there are any timing differences between console versions of the game before new categories are added.
Per the rules and regulations of Speedrun.com, I merely followed up with the observed protocols and I messaged you the moment I noticed your speedruns were absent from the leaderboard. Your runs vanished from the leaderboards and were never removed, and there has been no re-submission of them. When I verified the runs, I did not observe any rules being broken. However let me be clear, the rules of speedrunning video games are strict, and once anyone has been accused, and proven to be cheating, their credibility is forever harmed. If you were banned under a previous account, for another game, which does appear to be the case, I will be extremely skeptical and critical of any future runs you choose to submit to the leaderboard here, that is my job as the lead moderator of this game. Friendship has nothing to do with it, nor should it. This is a professional business and the integrity of not just you and I, but also everyone else here who has submitted speedruns under any category. The fact is you seemingly devised new and never before seen strategies for categories that only 3 people have ever attempted previously, which is is certainly not impossible, but should be put under the magnifying glass very closely, which I did, and I did not observe any forms of cheating. The issue is not your speedruns here, but elsewhere.
The rules are clear, cheating will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form. Your previous account was banned for that exact reason. Your speedruns would not have disappeared from the leaderboards unless this was the case. You have multiple accounts, names and personas, this does not help your case. I appreciate you taking the time to bring all of this up in the forum none the less. You can message me at any time on discord if you wish to discuss the matter further personally, or you can continue to use the forum here.
All the new strats that Intovariance and myself have devised are now included! Enjoy!

I had suspected this is how the chain worked, it could prove useful with the Glitchless No Manip Route in being able to get the ideal transformations. Usually it is not that difficult, but I have had runs where there was just no meat drops.
It seems that you can win the Dahak battle very quickly! From what I can tell here there was an HP underflow that instantly ended the fight after Dahak used swallow. Not sure how this works yet but I have some ideas, Blitz might be related.
So I figured out what happened here I think. As far as I can tell, no one else has made this discovery yet.
During a recent stream, I was experimenting with meat drops in FF Legend III speedrunning. I did not get the monster I wanted at first, so I went to the talon to use the flushex. This is supposed to change monsters and beasts to humans, but it turns out, that if you are a monster class, it might turn you into a beast instead of a human first! I have to do some more testing, but the important part of this is, once you have the flushex, you may be able to save a ton of time and RNG by using it to transform into the ideal beast evolution for the speedrun, which is Air type.
This opens up several more possibilities and increases your chances for a successful run. Something this game is known for being absolutely brutal for is the RNG and requires it in many pivotal points of the speedrun.
Here is the clip of it happening, and the monster/beast chart which shows that the Air type monster, Griffon, became the Air type beast, Sylph, which can be found here: http://shrines.rpgclassics.com/gb/ffl3/transform.shtml
