Most top sum of bests for levels are around the 27:00 mark

2:05, 2:42, 2:15, 4:05, 3:00, 3:33, 2:45, 1:49, 4:49 ish

Mind you, getting the circumstances, RNG and luck involved to 27-flat (ish) is quite unlikely.

Sub-27 would require something additional and gamebreaking (but may be possible with Up+A).

Current TAS uses Up+A and reduces routing significantly by completing with 3 hearts and wooden sword in 22:14 or so.
