After doing that ceiling glitch at the beginning the main trick is to use as less as possible the jetpack while above spikes. Then, use it as much as possible after taking the jumpad. And finally if you have the exact amount of energy needed and the good position before doing that last jump you may go all the way to reach that last monter and to have a chance to make that frame perfect roll bounce.
