Uses Dialga that is RNG manipped from Sinjoh Ruins. Includes a brief description of how I did the manip. There are other delays/seeds you can aim for if you know how RNG Reporter works. Some of them don't even require frame advancements at all, but have some 30 IV's instead of 31's, and less optimal natures. I may make a video of the Hiker's spin patterns eventually, but until then, if you have questions about the manip or the run, ask me on Discord.
