Two things:
- I lost 20 seconds because I went on a potty break.
- Imagine losing 2,5 minutes because you thought finishing an event is enough and then you re-do the event at the end.
So yeah, this run is actually a 4:08:25, but it isn't, which would've been more sad if I missed the WR because of it. Anyways, sub 4:05 is easily doable.
