The fastest way to play the game is with an XBOX 360 Controller.

Start the game as usual but without any START GOLD as this is a NG Run.

The thing you need to keep in mind is that you move right all the time ! The only exception is when you go for a buy that you missed --> should not happen ... just mash when you pass by a house

DEF is one of the most op skills in the whole game because it not only lowers the DMG taken it also reduces

I am curently working on a strat using CRIT because it helps clearing out small enemies.

There are 2 "Hard" Bosses in this Run you need certain skills to kill them very fast:

The Bamboo-Boss needs : 4 DMG (X); 3 CRIT (Y); 7 DEF (B); 4 SPD (A)

The Dragon needs : 8 DMG (X); 3/4 CRIT (Y). you can get more if you have the other stats; 4-Stacked DEF (B); 6 SPD (A)
