This patch is for increasing the amount of time you have for pattern hacks using the access tuner. Drop the files GBL_ITEM and GBL_ITEM.BML into the DATA folder AFTER installing Kitty mod. Runs using this patch are not eligible for submission except for the 2X Speed category.
