is using fps unlocker to lag heli clip allowed in runs?
Im just wondering if this is allowed because increasing fps is banned, but what about decreasing fps?
Pretty sure FPS unlockers are banned entirely because they are external software. Increasing or decreasing your FPS cap doesn't matter as you are using an external software to gain an advantage in both cases.
