Step 1: Jump the initial twisty path. You get enough speed to easily make it. Step 2: Somehow slide through the candy cane which notably lacks collison, amd make it across the gap Step 3: progress as normal to the large round platform and jump from there onto the platform with the holes below and to the right (with the speed you should have so far you should be able to easily make it) Step 4: progress as normal until the metal gate. Take the Jumper path here. Step 5: progress as normal until you beat the level
