KZ just finished a run with warp and beat the old any%. Because you dupe party 10x and it has an extremly high chance of crashing at many spots through the run, I feel like it's even a bigger meme than ingame hundo.

So i thought about renaming the old any% to something like any% (no warp) or classic% to keep the memes real. and have a new any% just for the warps.

So here's the poll

A: new category (for the old any%)

B: all in the same category

Just like two years ago, any% is any%.

B. Nothing needs "preserved". Move on and let progress be progress. Guarantee there will be 50+ sub 50 runs two years from now.

of course it's still any%. It's more about preserving the old stuff to have competition going in a seperate leaderboard before new submitted runs fucks it up.

Probably B for now (I don't know why anyone would still do the slower route), but if it does seem active then there could be a seperate leaderboard for it.

Keep the leaderboards as is. If a new category is made down the road where old any% is applicable, old runs can be resubmitted.

While I do agree this fucks up any% a lot more than previous glitches did, I don't think it's to the point of changing my mind on what was previously agreed through the past discussion of what the leaderboards should be like. GTA games typically have cleanly laid out leaderboards without the clutter that 'modified any%' runs bring. Besides, if someone beats mh's time without wrongwarps I'd be impressed whether or not it had a #1 next to the run time.

Now that everyone agrees that any% is actually any%.

Should there be some new category that beats things like the KYFC warp?

Considering the activity of any% lately, I don't see the need for an "old any%" category/leaderboard.
