There are tons of games that are ideal for speed running. Like I run a game (Toy Story 2 Buzz Lightyear To the Rescue) And that game has so many tricks that make the game really fun to watch. I would highly suggest that you check out some of those runs.

Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom is not only a great speedgame but also a great game in general that more people should take interest in.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets PS1 is not as popular as its predecessor, but I find it a much more fun speedgame, as it has more speedy strats and skips about 15-20 minutes of the game (including a autoscroller of sorts) thanks to a Wrong Warp. It's kinda lengthy, if you call a 1h 45m run lengthy. The video above is a (kinda laggy) showcase of how broken the stealth mechanics and Wingardium Leviosa mechanics are.

Halo: Spartan Assault is a very fun game, really not hard to learn, you will need only to know rooting. No tricks, no glitch, only execution :D
