About time somebody did an RTA run for this category. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best run ever, with a major mistake near the end when I accidentally got a white peace with Chukchi rather than conquering them -.- Lost me about 6 minutes and almost lost me the entire run since I was pretty darn close to bankruptcy at that point. But at least I completed it so whatever!
