I was watching Lennygold's stream the other day and this happened, any thoughts on what causes it? The position Madeline was in was created by using god mode to bounce off the death barrier at the right time, so that she would be in that position, it is also easily repeatable. There was also another variation of it where the bridge collapses, but you use god mode to go back to the screen with the old woman, and then if you go back to the bridge and go along the ground (Death Barrier) the game will crash, this part and the previous ones were repeated on stream.
