This split is totally RNG based because there are 3 routes for the mission and each one has different length :

• East side which is the shortest because you can complete the mission in 5:20
• Northeast side in 6:20
• Southeast which is the longest with 7:20 So that is why I restart this mission so many times, that's because RNG
