Isn't technically a real category for two reasons.
- You need to complete every level to see the end of the game.
- You need to have competed the game prior in order to even skip straight to the end which makes it so there is not data reset.
100%
Is the first official category. It is basically beating the game and going back to the ship. Time starts as soon as you enter the main room and ends when you go into the spaceship. You must delete save data in order for it to count.
New Game +
This is when you have already beaten the game and have obtained the fast shoes and unlocked every room. This is a faster run as you don't take advantage of as many glitches and don't need to collect points as well as obtain the quick shoes. It also seems to be a more popular category to run. Time starts and stops at the same time as 100%

Any% is completing the game (touch the UFO), plus it was sort of a joke category.
Making New Game + and 100% separate categories is pointless.
