You're allowed to run HP1PS1... on a PS1 ✅ on a PS2 ✅ on a PS2 with Fast Disc Speed ✅(Recommended option) on a region-modded PS2 ✅ (Cannot play faster than intended) on a PS3 ✅ on a region-modded PS3 ✅ (Cannot play faster than intended) on a reliable Emulator (Bizhawk, Mednafen, ePSXe 1.9 and below, etc.) ✅

WHAT ISN'T ALLOWED:

You're NOT allowed to run HP1PS1...

On an inaccurate emulator (ePSXe 2.0+, PCSX-R, etc.) ❌ On a Developer PS1/Net Yaroze ❌ On a Developer PS2 OR PS3 ❌ On a PS2 with a HDD ❌ On a PS2 with an SSD ❌ On a PS3 with a HDD ❌ On a PS3 with an SSD ❌ With any kind of Speedhacks (CPU Overclocking, Loadtimes etc.) ❌ With a pirated version of the game ❌

The current fastest version of the game is on a PS2 with Fast Disc Speed enabled. You are free to present a faster version of the game to admin staff if you want, so long as it's not on emulator and doesn't break any of the above rules.
