Yesterday Jackintoshh got the Metro Warp so now we have at least 2 videos of the warp happening. If we can find a way to do this consistently it'll save a few seconds and also will just look awesome :D.

If we can get some people working on trying to replicate this warp we can save a few seconds in each category (mainly Any% NG). Please comment on this this post if you have had this happen, have any clue as to how it happens, or if you want to try and make this warp a thing!

Isn't it a bull mask on some of the game version (like the ps3 version idk) where the mask spawn near the spot where the player let the wallet, maybe if you launch the dialog standing on the mask spawn location it make you warp, idk just an idea.
Also seems they didn't waited for the dialog to end to start pressing the movement buttons, we see it caus jack walked in the wall for 1 sec.

I messed around with this and found out that it may be triggered somehow by the actions you make during/after exiting the dialog. The collisions around the trash bags to the left of the dumpster are a little wonky, maybe that has something to do with it too? You may have to stand in the correct spot for it to work.
Currently I've found the most consistent method is holding W + A (walk up and to the left) while moving the mouse up and to the left and mashing left click.

I've noticed another thing. Those trash bags can change appearance. In all the cases of this warp working, you can notice the lower trash bags are colourful. This could make the collisions more wonky or something?
You kept teleporting like super high up. if you look at my Quad Split screen if you could find a way to teleport like we do closer to the guy that'd be fucking awesome. Good work mate :3
After messing around with this again, I'm pretty sure this is how it happens:
- Some of the trash bags have wonky collisions, other trash bags won't work.
- Stand in a good position within the wonky collision box of the trash bags before the dialog.
- The direction you move and the direction you're facing has an effect on it too.
- After closing the dialog, the game tries to find the position of the player.
- If you are inside those wonky collisions the game gets confused and warps you.
Unfortunately, it still seems pretty random and hard to pull off :(
Yeah, press space beforehand to the place you wish to get warped at and hug the trashbags +/- the way Agamem and/or I did in our ILs, and maybe you'll get it. And by "maybe" I mean rate hovering between 0.5% and 2%.
Also if there isn't any colorful trash (which spawn the flies required to do the thing) at reasonable distance from where you leave the suitcase at then you'll never warp, and we don't know of any way to manipulate these patterns one way or another.
