So I was playing Half-life 2 on the latest version and was trying to get into Barney's office as fast as possible. Apparently I found a soft-lock where if you stand in front of the door, the door opens up, you get stuck, then after the officer leads you into Barney's office the door closes, therefore soft-locking the game and you have to start all over.
