Played with FCEUX 2.3.0; my final run in this category (for now). Got my goal of sub-4 for Overswarm's August One Month Challenge. I think I'll actually try out the rest of the game and maybe even try a few other categories :)

Petty Fix: Time change from 450 ms to 340 ms after frame examining the end of the run to confirm timing.
