Not sure what you're talking about. All of those modes are already available and have records.

Easiest way to get started is to point a video camera at your TV while you are playing. Advanced techniques involve buying additional hardware, such as a capture card that records the game play directly from the Wii U, or a cable that connects your video signal to your computer's USB port to allow you to record gameplay on your computer. I don't think there's very much demand for that. I certainly wouldn't want to run it. But if somebody else wants it, I wouldn't object strongly to having it.
