We count it when hp bar goes off for single boss kill as it's just a matter of how fast the boss dies, The problem here when looking for full game is that people have or might have ways to make the last phase end faster and there's no reason why it should'nt be counted as part of the speerun. That last phase is still part of the annihilation fight. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience & false positive you got.
