I’m pretty new to running SMS, and I had a question about the any% route. Why do you stop after Bianco 5 to go to Gelato? Why not just finish Bianco first so you don’t have to come back later? Im assuming the way the route’s set up is somehow faster, I’m just curious as to how.

It's because of event cutscenes, every time something new unlocks on Delfino Plaza, there's a short cutscene that plays every time Delfino loads. By doing this route, you reduce the amount of those cutscenes
