I can't submit any% runs because I can't capture my runs. I don't have money to buy a capture card so what do I do?
you could possibly use a phone or camera with decent quality to capture runs.
but my phone can't even record longer than 10 mins. #myphoneisgarbage because i'm poor

However you choose to do it, the video must have Audio, and Visuals, you can use your laptop, or screen record on a PC, or just buy a cap card. If you cant record, you cant submit
Honestly you could use any recording device as long as the video quality is decent, and there is sound. And as for the fact that you don't know how to use software, it really is not that hard, you just got to put in some effort and you'll be just fine.
"but my phone can't even record longer than 10 mins." If you stream to twitch either through the mobile app, the streamlabs mobile app, or the method of connecting your phone to a pc/laptop. It only takes up the storage of the app and as long as you have past broadcasts set to save, you can highlight your runs and submit them. Or you could just submit to the no video boards.
yeah, idk why just 10 minutes recording, but probably while streaming doesnt happend that in my case, my pone always separate the videos to make a max of 33:08 for each video or something like that, and while cutting the video i lost a bit of the run, but while streaming i have no problem, in the stream there is no limit of time, and you can stream as much as you can

Does the game need to have audio, or does the video just require audio? I'd be playing on a monitor that doesn't have speakers

you can record your gameplay with a phone, just turn down the exposure so that the screen is visible
When you record and submit a run, you need to have footage of the game AND you have to be able to hear the game's audio
