As of November 4th, this is the World Record for this level, which beats the previous WR by ~1794 milliseconds.
The previous WR was held by Eclipsed, which had a time of [30s 888ms]
What I did to beat the best time so far, was landing on the yellow Koopa Paratroopa which appears halfway the moving platform path, instead of just ignoring it. This way, I saved about 1.7 seconds of idle time.
Strangely, the two best runs on speedrun.com didn't do this, they just followed the moving platform path for about 1.7 second more, losing time.
This was the only possible improvement that I noticed, if a best No Power-Up time is achievable, I don't think I can achieve it, since I got this exact same timer on about 3 more runs.
