You mentioned the super cd rom^2, but does that mean that just regular PC Engine/Turbo Duo runs are banned then??
Yea sorry if that was a silly question, I wasn't sure if you meant it had to specifically be the add-on or if the Duo was allowed.

I don't see it listed, but is Magic Engine an acceptable emulator? I have argued that it would be no different from using bizhawk, but he seems to think I should check.
Is there a how or why that explains the problem? Just saying it's old and inaccurate doesn't explain much or why a ME run would be invalidated
interesting that the only two emulators that are accepted require a BIOS that is super difficult to track down, and are about the least user-friendly emus out there.
