Does anyone know whether or not a SSD would help with loadtimes on the DL version of Rac1 and if so if it would be allowed?

It'd help a lot. It's not allowed though. No one has tested it. Might get an SSD to test it (and because I want one for my PS3 anyway)

Ok I migth test it tomorrow. I got a SSD to spare XD But it is understandable that it is not allowed because it would give an advantage for the ones who buy extra Equipment (SSD). Anyway I am curious so I will post my results here!

Also this might explain why the PSTV has faster load times. It has flash memory so putting a SSD in your PS3 would be essentially the same.
