New moderation team and some other information

Good morning, I and the entire moderation team would like to present the news that is now
- New moderators have been added, you can welcome to this group @SezorByte and @hemorrhagic congratulations for getting into the Project Kat moderation team
- Changed the discord link, now all discussions about this game will be on the Project Kat speedrunning server
- All Prologue CE has been removed from the decision I made because it doesn't make sense as there is no such category in Category Extensions and it was given (CE) for Prologue (CE) in misc.
Big changes for both games
There have been some very big changes to the leaderboards for Project Kat and Paper Lily, from now on these games are separated to keep things tidy between them and this may make things easier for us and other users, Paper Lily - Chapter 1 can be found here and please send your runes there
