If you're new here check Nix's strats first lol but here's the shit I use. Team numbers are equivalent to the gym numbers.

GLC R1 Notes

Rocket – Zapdos, Electrode, Articuno (CR, CU, CD)
Notes: Thunder. Sky Attack Parasect.

Lab Man – Electrode, Zapdos, Cloyster (CU, CR, B )
Notes: Thunder. Explode on Magneton and Lickitung, then send out Cloyster/Zapdos respectively (unless you can hit Zapdos Thunder range on Magneton [36-42]). Explode again on Magneton. If Magneton shows after Lickitung lead, switch to Cloyster and explode.

Cool M – Electrode, Voltorb, Zapdos (CU, CL, CR)
Notes: Thunder. Explode on Zapdos, then explode again with Voltorb (or send out Zapdos if Electrode crit). Go Zapdos if Electrode dies. Sub first with Zapdos if enemy Zapdos is at full health.

Giovani – Articuno, Electrode, Mr. Mime (CD, CU, A)
Notes: Ice Beam. If Dugtrio shows while not at full health, switch to Electrode, then switch back to Articuno. If Persian or Tauros is about to kill, switch to Electrode. Thunder if you can take a hit, explode if not. If Articuno is killed by Dugtrio and it’s last (Slash instead of Dig), explode, then S-Toss. If Mime vs. Persian at full health, Counter, as Slash is coming.

Judoboy – Jynx, Zapdos, Jolteon (A, CR, CD)
Notes: Ice Punch Nidoking, Psychic others. Finish Raticate with Ice Punch.

Psychic – Electrode, Cloyster, Zapdos (CU, CL, CR)
Notes: Thunder Water-types and Jynx. Explode on Alakazam and Hypno and send out Cloyster. Explode again on Hypno, or finish Alakazam with Aurora Beam. Clean with Zapdos.

Nerd – Zapdos, Jolteon, Jynx (CR, CD, A)
Notes: Substitute on first two then clean. Thunder Electrode anchor.

Blaine – Tentacruel, Jolteon, Zapdos (B, CD, CR)
Notes: Hydro Pump. If Charizard will kill Tentacruel, switch to Zapdos and Thunder. If Charizard crits/kills Tentacruel, send out Jolteon and Thunder. If Rapidash lands Fire Spin, switch to Jolteon and Thunder. If Jolteon is paralyzed against Arcanine, switch to Zapdos. If Zapdos is paralyzed against Arcanine, switch back to Tentacruel (or else Thunder). Jolteon is needed for Rapidash anchor due to Fire Spin.

Cueball – Mr. Mime, Electrode, Nidoking (CD, A, B )
Notes: Counter Dragonair, Psychic others. If Primeape is second or third, use Barrier, as Dig is coming. If Mime dies, go Electrode on Dewgong/Primeape, or Nidoking on Dragonair/Rhyhorn.

Burglar – Tentacruel, Nidoking, Electrode (CL, B, A)
Notes: Hydro Pump

Medium – Nidoking, Electrode, Mr. Mime (B, A, CD)
Notes: Earthquake. Horn Drill Lickitung. Switch to Electrode and Thunder if Golbat shows. Mime is backup.

Sabrina – Cloyster, Electrode, Moltres (CU, A, CR)
Notes: 
Alakazam/Mime lead – Explode, explode, then clean with Moltres.
Kadabra lead – Explode, then send out Moltres and clean. Back will be Exeggutor.
Hypno lead – Aurora Beam, explode, explode, then clean with Moltres.
Exeggutor lead – Explode, then send out Moltres and finish with Fire Blast. If Kadabra shows, switch to Electrode and explode; otherwise, finish with Moltres. If Cloyster’s explosion crits, go to Electrode instead and explode.
~~With Moltres, Sky Attack Alakazam and Fire Blast others (finish with Take Down). Moltres vs. Jynx is a speed tie.

~~~ Team 2: Magneton, Cloyster, Gengar, Electrode, Hitmonlee, Jolteon
Fisher – Gengar, Electrode, Jolteon (CU, A, CR)
Notes: Thunderbolt

Jr. F – Electrode, Cloyster, Hitmonlee (A, CL, CD)
Notes: Thunder Seadra/Pidgey, explode on others. Send out Cloyster, Aurora Beam Pidget/Diglett, explode on others. Finish with Hitmonlee if needed.

Swimmer – Jolteon, Electrode, Gengar (CR, A, CU)
Notes: Thunder. Finish Clefairy with Double-Kick.

Misty – Jolteon, Magneton, Electrode (CR, A, CU)
Notes: Thunder. If Blastoise shows while Jolteon is paralyzed, switch to Magneton.

Lass – Articuno, Cloyster, Jynx (CD, B, CU)
Notes: Ice Beam all. If Puff/Eevee are last and Articuno is paralyzed, switch to Cloyster and explode.

Beauty – Haunter, Cloyster, Articuno (CL, B, CD)
Notes: Psychic Rhyhorn, Thunderbolt others. If Dratini shows, explode, then send out Cloyster and finish with Aurora Beam. Then Aurora Beam/explode as needed. Articuno is backup.

Cool F – Haunter, Cloyster, Articuno (CL, B, CD)
Notes: Psychic Nidos and Marowak, Thunderbolt Lickitung. Explode on Chansey/Parasect; send out Cloyster next and explode on Chansey, or finish Parasect with Aurora Beam. Do not allow Parasect to use Spore (explode instead of switching). Generally just explode w/Cloyster, except on Marowak. Articuno is backup.

Erika – Moltres, Flareon, Articuno (CR, A, CD)
Notes: Fire Blast. If paralyzed and wrapped by Tangela/Weepinbell, switch to Flareon.

Notes: Hydro Pump

Surge – Nidoking, Diglett, Dugtrio (B, CL, CU)
Notes: Earthquake. Switch to Diglett on Voltorb/Electrode to take an explosion, then send Nidoking back out. Go to Dugtrio and Dig if Raichu crits Surf.

Notes: Explode, then clean with Persian’s Double-Edge. Thunder/Thunderbolt Slowbro.

Notes: Psychic all (finish with Ice Punch). Send out Abra if Jynx dies. Abra vs. Venemoth is a speed tie. Nidoking is backup.

Lorelei: Jolteon, Zapdos, Electrode (A, CR, CL)
Notes: Thunder. If Jolteon dies, go Zapdos against full HP Dewgong/Slowbro, or Electrode otherwise.

Bruno: Articuno, Jynx, Nidoking (CD, CU, B )
Notes: Ice Beam. Jynx is backup.

Agatha – Jynx, Nidoking, Jolteon (CU, B, A)
Notes: Psychic. Stay in if put to sleep by Haunter. If Muk lead used Sludge and Haunter comes out, switch to Nidoking. Switch out if Glared by Arbok.

Lance – Articuno, Jolteon, Electrode (CD, A, CL)
Notes: Ice Beam. Switch to Electrode on Gyarados/Lapras lead (always switch to Electrode if Gyarados shows). If Dragonair lead switches to Lapras, switch to Electrode; if any other lead switches to Lapras, switch to Jolteon. If you can finish Lapras with an explosion (71-84), do it, as he’ll send out Dragonair next. If Jolteon vs. Dragonair, take a Thunder Wave before switching back to Articuno. Kangaskhan outspeeds Articuno and uses Rock Slide (for 115-136), so switch to Jolteon if you’re going to die. Explode with Electrode on Kangaskhan if Jolteon is still in the back; otherwise it needs two Thunders from Electrode.

Rival – Jolteon, Zapdos, Nidoking (A, CR, B )
Notes: Switch to Nidoking on Electabuzz, Pin Missile Exeggutor, and Thunder the rest. If Ninetails goes underground, switch to Zapdos and Thunder. Nidoking outspeeds Exeggutor, Slowbro, and Clefable. If Pinsir shows while Nidoking is out, switch to Zapdos, Substitute, then Thunder.
